What currencies are supported?
ClubRight Pay only supports taking payment in GBP however please contact the team if you are based in Ireland and have a need to collect payments in Euro's.

What will it say on my members bank statement?
When a payment is made by card, your customer will see 'Ufs*{your business name}'
Can members save their card details for recurring payments?
Yes, members can securely save their card details for recurring payments.
How much does it cost per transaction?

How do I process a refund?

How do I update a member's card details?
Only the member can update their card details. Admin users do not have the ability to update them on behalf of the member.

Can I keep my existing members paying on Stripe but allow new members to pay via ClubRight Pay Card?
Yes, you can. After setting up ClubRight Pay Card, all new card payments will be processed through ClubRight Pay automatically. Existing recurring payments via Stripe will continue as usual until the member updates their card details. Once updated, all future payments will be processed through ClubRight Pay Card.
Can I use ClubRight Pay Card even if I don't use ClubRight Pay for Direct Debits?
Yes, you can! ClubRight Pay Card works independently, so you don’t need to use ClubRight Pay for Direct Debits to take advantage of card payments. You can process transactions using ClubRight Pay Card while managing Direct Debits through another provider if preferred.
