When you activate ClubRight Pay Card, this will become your default payment method for card transactions.
However, if you are already processing recurring card transactions against stored Stripe cards, these will continue to be processed via Stripe until either the member manually updates their card details or you request us to migrate your existing stored card data across from Stripe to ClubRight Pay.
If you would like to initiate the bulk migration of stored card data from Stripe to ClubRight Pay, please follow the steps below.
Activate ClubRight Pay and complete verification.
Contact our support team and advise you wish to migrate your Stripe card data to ClubRight Pay. Alternatively, you can book a short call with our team who can get things started for you.
Login to your Stripe dashboard and submit a request to Stripe by clicking this link. After clicking the link, you will be presented with a short online form. These are the answers to their questions:

After approx 24 hours, you will likely receive an email from Stripe asking for you to re-confirm your decision to migrate. Please reply 'Confirm' to that email. If you have not received an email, it's worth checking your Junk Folder just in case.
Once confirmed, Stripe will then process your migration request and one of the following will then occur:
In most cases, Stripe will liaise directly with UNIPaaS, our PCI secure payment processor and share the data with them securely. When this happens, there is no further action required from you.
On some occasions, Stripe will contact you directly, requesting the security credentials details below. Please reply to their email and share the following information:
Once Stripe have this information, they advise that the migration should take approximately 10 working days to complete.
Once the data is received by UNIPaaS, the ClubRight team will contact you and agree on a date to update your records so that all future payments are now processed via ClubRight Pay instead of Stripe.
