Changing your Business Bank Account

How to amend your business bank account for both payouts and payments to us

You may wish to change your business bank account from time to time, and when doing so, you will typically want payments collected from your members, whether for membership plans, class bookings or product purchases to be paid into your new bank account. You may also want to amend the bank account details for your Clubright software licence payments to us. This article will detail each scenario.

To ensure all payments are being paid to the right account, and that your fees are being collected from the right bank account, please complete ALL steps for each payment provider that you currently work with. Please note, the team at Clubright cannot amend your business bank account details directly, for security reasons and to protect your revenue, we do not have access to amend them. Please do not send us your bank account information directly either by email or help chat.

Clubright Pay Direct Debit (London and Zurich)

Please email the team directly at London and Zurich to amend your payout bank account on customer.services@landz.co.uk. L&Z will respond with the next steps.

Clubright Pay Card (Unipaas)

Please email the team directly at Unipaas to amend your payout bank account on clubrightpay@unipaas.com. Unipaas will respond with the next steps

Your Payments to Clubright for your software licence fees

You are able to amend your business bank account details directly through the platform IF:

  • You are logged in as an Owner Level account

  • The email address you are logged in with is the same as the one registered in our billing platform (this will be the email address used when you very first registered with us and made your first payment)

If the above two criteria apply, then navigate to your profile image (top right on the Clubright dashboard screen):

Then click "Manage Account":

From here you'll be able to Update your Payment Method.

If you are not using the same email address, or you come across any errors when attempting to do so, please email help@clubright.co.uk and we will email a link to enable you to adjust your bank account.
