Changing your business bank account

How to update the bank account ClubRight pays your member income into, and the one your software licence is collected from.

You may need to change your business bank account from time to time. When you do, you will want member payments (memberships, classes, products) paid into your new account, and may also want to update the account your ClubRight software licence is collected from. This article covers both, with the right steps for each payment provider.

⚠️ Important: To ensure all payments are paid into the right account and your fees are collected from the right account, complete all steps for each payment provider you use. The ClubRight team cannot amend your business bank account details directly. For security and to protect your revenue, we do not have access to amend them. Do not send us your bank account information by email or help chat.

Receiving member payments

Each payment provider you use has its own process for updating your payout bank account. Follow the relevant section below for each provider you have connected.

ClubRight Pay Direct Debit (London and Zurich)

Email the team at London and Zurich directly to amend your payout bank account: customer.services@landz.co.uk. L&Z will respond with the next steps.

ClubRight Pay Card (Unipaas)

Email the team at Unipaas to amend your payout bank account: clubrightpay@unipaas.com. Unipaas will respond with the next steps.

GoCardless Direct Debit

Visit GoCardless's guide on changing your payout bank account, which walks you through the process step by step.

Stripe

Visit Stripe's guide on updating your existing bank account information, which walks you through the process.

Paying your ClubRight software licence

You can update the bank account ClubRight collects your software licence fees from directly through the platform, if:

  • You are logged in as an Owner-level account.

  • The email address you are logged in with is the same one registered in our billing platform (this is the email used when you first registered and made your first payment).

If both conditions apply:

  1. Click your profile image in the top right of the ClubRight dashboard.

  2. Click Manage Account.

  3. Click Update Payment Method and enter your new bank details.

If you are not using the registered email address, or you hit an error when trying to update, email help@clubright.co.uk and we will send you a link to make the change.

Helpful tip

💡 Update all providers at the same time. If you use more than one provider (for example ClubRight Pay Direct Debit alongside ClubRight Pay Card), changing one without the other means your income gets split across two accounts. Make the change for every connected provider in one sitting.
