Membership Plans > Set-up
Setting up your membership plans to work correctly is super important, but so too is how they look to your potential customers.

To make your Membership Plans stand out & look great, take your time to make adjustments, whilst going back to the App Emulator each time to ensure that it is starting to look how you want.
STEP 1 > Click on “Settings”
STEP 2 > Click on “Membership Plans”
STEP 3 > Click on “Edit” for the Membership Plan you wish to amend
STEP 4 > The following steps are purely “Suggestions” on what we feel looks better, but it is completely up to you which (if any) you decide to action. Anything you do change can be put back at any time in the future too.
Top Tip: Use the App Emulator to ensure the changes you make are how you want them.
o Name > This is the “Header”. Put in capital letters and also state the Price
o Summary > State the method of payment.
For example: Paid by “Direct Debit”, or “Paid Upfront by Card”
o Description > Explain what they get should they purchase this Membership. You can use the editing tools available, or add an Infographic (Image) like the image shows below.
o Category > If you have used “Categories” select which category this Membership Plan sits in.
o Image > Add an image. Our suggestion is to not use a Logo, or anything with writing. Sometimes even coloured phots can make the backgrounds look too messy. A suggestion here is to use a Black & White image.
Any changes you make, will update the image in the Top Right, under “Plan Summary”.
STEP 5 > Click on the “Details” (Tab) to move to the next screen for your set-up
STEP 6 > The following steps are purely “Suggestions” on what we feel looks better, but it is completely up to you which (if any) you decide to action. Anything you do change can be put back at any time in the future too. Top Tip: Use the App Emulator to ensure the changes you make are how you want them.
o Featured > Click to put a tick in this box. It makes the Membership Plan go from a small square to a large rectangle
o Order/Sorting > Choose which position you want this Membership Plan to sit in a list, by giving it a number. Each plan needs a unique number, otherwise it will not work. Top Tip: Put your most popular plans on the top
• Any changes you make, will update the image in the Top Right, under “Plan Summary”.
STEP 7 > Click on the “Payment Schedule” (Tab).
STEP 8 > Make sure the “Payment Name” matches what you have called the Membership Plan, as this will be shown in the members Confirmation Email.
o Click “Save Changes”
STEP 9 > Go back to the webpage window, showing your “App Emulator” and refresh the page to ensure the changes that you have made look how you want them to.
