Mis-use or abuse of the email system and consent opt-in/opt-out GDPR rules can result in the email service being suspended or removed completely by the email service providers
How will I know if I need to agree to the Marketing Agreement?
When creating a new email to send out you will see a pop-up box informing you that "Marketing Email Agreement Required"

You can then continue to create your email
A Non Club Owner Account Level Holder (Manager/Staff/Trainer)
You will need a Club Owner Account level holder to agree to the terms
Acceptance of the Marketing Email Agreement is a One-Time Action for your club and you will not be prompted each and every time
