Email Marketing Agreement

When sending an email for the very first time, or sending an email for the first time since the November 2025 update you may be required to read and agree to the Marketing Agreement Terms

Due to the increasing volume of worldwide spam content, and the increasing effectiveness of tools designed to counter spam, it is vital that you understand the rules of engagement when sending emails from Clubright. Mis-use or abuse of the email system and consent opt-in/opt-out GDPR rules can result in the email service being suspended or removed completely by the email service providers

How will I know if I need to agree to the Marketing Agreement?

When creating a new email to send out you will see a pop-up box informing you that "Marketing Email Agreement Required"

Message to Owner Level Account Holders:

Message to Non-Owner Level Account Holders:

If you are:

A Club Owner-Level Account Holder:

  • Click "Review and Accept Terms

  • Read and Understand the content

  • Click "Accept Terms"

You can then continue to create your email

A Non Club Owner Account Level Holder (Manager/Staff/Trainer)

You will need a Club Owner Account level holder to agree to the terms

Acceptance of the Marketing Email Agreement is a One-Time Action for your club and you will not be prompted each and every time
