How to Restrict the Number of Member Visits in your Club

How to allow members to visit up to a maximum number of times per period

Club Access Restrictions is a setting that will stop members from being able to access your facility once they reach their maximum number. By default this is set to 2 visits in a 24 hour period, and once this is reached, members will see the message:

"Club Access Limit reached, please chat to a member of staff"

If you wish to adjust this to a higher value then follow the steps below:

Settings > Club Info > Club Access > In the right hand menu pane > Insert your desired value in the field setting "Maximum Number of Visits Allowed In Set Time Period"

And you can adjust your time period too. For example you may want to cap visits at 4 daily, or 20 times monthly.

You are also able to adjust the number of allowed visits at an individual Membership Plan level, and these will override the overall Club Settings. You may wish to sell a lower priced plan that allows less visits, or a plan that buys a number of visits, for example a "10-visit plan". To adjust this setting go to:

Settings > Membership Plans > Select the Plan to edit > Restrictions > Set your Number of Times and the Frequency and save any changes
