In-App Two-Way Messaging allows your members to contact you directly from within the ClubRight Member App. This feature is enabled by default, but you can now choose to switch it off if you prefer to manage member communications through other channels.
How to Disable In-App Two-Way Messaging
Navigate to 'Settings' then 'Club info'.
Click on the Messaging tab.
Under Messaging Settings, untick the checkbox next to Enable In-App Messaging.
Click 'Save Changes' in the top right.
Your changes will take effect immediately.
What Happens When Disabled?
When you switch off In-App Messaging, the messaging feature will be hidden from members in the app. Members will see a message directing them to your alternative contact methods, such as your website, email, or phone.
How to Re-Enable In-App Messaging
If you change your mind, simply return to Club Settings > Messaging and tick the Enable In-App Messaging checkbox. The messaging feature will immediately become available to members in the app again.
