Your prospect and lead reports live in the Prospects dashboard. Open Contacts from the left menu and select Prospects. This is where you track people who have enquired or bought something but are not members yet, so you can follow them up and convert them. The reports sit in the left rail under Prospect Type.
A prospect is someone who has shown interest or signed up online but has not taken out a membership. A customer here means a non-member who has bought a product or pass without joining on a plan.
Most views share a date range across the top (This Week, This Month, Next 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 12 Months, or Custom) and a Plan filter.
⚠️ Note: Not every report listed here will be available to every club, as it depends on your ClubRight subscription. If a report is not listed in your account and you would like access to it, click the orange chat button to talk to our Customer Success team.
Prospect Type
To see everyone in your pipeline, open All Prospects. It lists all prospects regardless of type or stage.
To see standard prospects, open Prospects. It lists people marked as a prospect, with their join date and age.
To focus on your warmest leads, open Hot Prospects. It lists prospects flagged as hot, with the plan or pass they are interested in and their current contact stage, so you can prioritise follow-up.
To see where leads come from, open Marketing Sources. It shows where your prospects and members heard about you, with new prospects and new memberships for each source in the period, so you can see which channels convert.
To see non-member buyers, open Customers. It lists people who have made a purchase but have not joined on a membership plan, with their contact details and when they were created.
💡 Tip: The Prospects dashboard shares the same Activity & Growth, Retention & Risk, and Member Data groups as the Members dashboard, so the date range and Plan filter behave the same way across both.
