What's Changed in ClubRight

If you've just logged in and things look different, start here. This video gives you a quick orientation to the new ClubRight: what's moved, what's new, and where to find everything. It covers the new home screen, the left-hand navigation, where Settings has moved to, the new Payments section, the Communications hub, Smart Workflows, and how to switch back to the previous version if you need to. Communications Hub: All Your Messages in One Place

The new Communications hub brings together everything your team needs to manage member communications, individual conversations, group messages, tasks, and notifications, in one section. This video shows you how to navigate the hub, how to reply to member messages using saved replies and personalisation, how to send a group message to a filtered list of members, and how to manage and dismiss tasks. Useful for front desk staff and managers who handle day-to-day member communications.


Setting Up Membership Plans

The Membership Plans area has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and a new guided setup wizard. This video shows you what's changed on the plans page, how to use the new eight-step wizard to create a plan, and how to use the updated plan editor to make changes.
