You can limit how many times a member checks in within a set period. This helps prevent membership sharing, where one person's credentials are used by several people, by capping repeat entries. By default, members are limited to two visits in 24 hours. You can set this club-wide, and override it for individual membership plans.
Setting a club-wide visit limit
Go to Settings > Your Club > Club Access.
Find the section How many people can be in at once?, which includes the visit-limit setting.
Under Limit how often members can visit, set the number of visits to Allow, and the number of hours the limit applies over. For example, allow 2 visits per 24 hours, or 20 visits per month.
Click Save Changes.
If a member exceeds the allowed number of visits in that period, they are blocked from their next entry. They see the message "Club Access Limit reached, please chat to a member of staff", and a notification shows on your admin dashboard so your team is aware.
Setting a visit limit for a single plan
You can also set a visit limit on an individual membership plan, which overrides the club-wide setting for members on that plan. This is useful if you want to sell a lower-priced plan with fewer visits, or a fixed-visit plan such as a "10-visit plan".
Go to Settings > Membership Plans and select the plan you want to edit.
Open the plan's Restrictions settings.
Set the number of visits and the frequency.
Save your changes.
