This article is about your ClubRight Website, your public site for attracting new members. It is about the contact details and opening hours shown on that public site, not the access times or club details used inside the ClubRight system.
The Contact section of your website shows visitors how to reach you, and your opening hours. Your contact details come straight from Club Info, and your hours can either follow ClubRight automatically or be set by hand. This article explains both.
Your contact details
Your public address and phone number come from Club Info, the same details ClubRight uses everywhere, so you only need to keep them up to date in one place. Changes there appear on your website automatically.
To update your address or phone number, go to Settings > Club Info, or see Editing your club info.
Your opening hours
By default, your website shows the access times from ClubRight. These are often the times member entry stops, rather than the hours your front desk is actually open and staffed. If your real opening hours are different, you can set them by hand.
Go to Settings > Website and open the Contact & hours tab.
Turn on Set my own opening hours for the website.
For each day, set the Opens and Closes times, or tick Closed if you are not open that day.
Click Save changes.
When the toggle is off, your site falls back to your ClubRight access times.
š” Website hours look wrong? If your site is showing hours you did not expect, it is most likely falling back to your ClubRight access times. Turn on Set my own opening hours for the website and enter your real front-of-house hours. For a 24-hour day, set both the opening and closing time to 00:00.
For how the Contact section fits into the rest of your site, see Setting up your ClubRight Website.
