Multi-site bookings let your members book classes and activities at more than one of your sites, not just the site where they joined. This is useful when your business runs across several locations and you want members to train wherever suits them. Each site stays in control of which of its activities it opens up to members from other sites.
Note: Multi-site bookings is a feature for businesses running more than one site, and availability depends on your setup. To find out whether it is enabled for your group, reply here asking to talk to a member of the Customer Success team. This is different from multi-site access, which lets a member enter another site but does not let them book classes there. See the separate article on multi-site access for that.
How multi-site bookings works
When multi-site bookings is enabled for your group, a member who has the right membership or credits can switch to another site in your group and book its classes. Each site decides which of its activities are available to members from other sites, so you can open up some classes while keeping others for your own members only. Members can use either a group-access membership or credits that are valid across your group to pay for these bookings.
Letting a membership book across sites
Go to Settings, then Membership Plans, and open the plan you want to give group access.
Open the Included section, and under Club Access choose Allows group club access from the dropdown.
Select Save Changes.
Members on that plan can then book classes at any site in your group that has shared its activities.
Letting credits be used across sites
If your members pay for classes with credits, you can set up a credit product whose credits work across your group:
Open the credit product and go to the How is it tracked? section.
Set the Multi-site option to Valid across all group clubs. (The default is Valid in this club only.)
Those credits can then be spent on bookings at any site in your group.
Choosing which activities other sites can book
Each site controls which of its activities are open to members from other sites in the group. Open the activity and go to its Who can access it? section. As well as your own membership plans and credit packs, you will see your group's plans and packs listed separately, under your group name (for example "Woody's Sports Centre Plans" and "Woody's Sports Centre Packs").
Link the relevant group plans to let members on those plans book the activity.
Link the relevant group credit packs to let members use group credits to book the activity.
Only the activities you open up this way are bookable by members from other sites. Anything you leave out stays available to your own members only. If your group plans and packs show as "None linked", they have not been set up yet for sharing.
What the member sees
In the Member App, the member selects the option to switch to another club.
They choose the site in your group they want to book at.
They see that site's available classes and book in the usual way.
If they do not have a membership or credits that allow the booking, they are prompted to purchase what they need.
When they arrive at the other site, they are checked in to their class in the usual way.
