Multi-site access: letting members use more than one site

How to set up memberships that let members enter more than one of your sites, and how multi-site access differs from bookings.

Multi-site access lets a member use more than one of your sites with a single membership. If your business runs across several locations, you can sell memberships that give entry to one site, or to all of your sites. This article explains how to set it up.

Note: Multi-site access covers entry to your sites only. It does not let a member book classes at another site. By default, class bookings can only be made at the site where the membership was sold. If you want members to book classes across your sites as well, see the separate article on multi-site bookings. How it works

Imagine a business with three sites: Club A, Club B, and Club C. When a member buys an all-site membership at any of them, they can enter all three sites for as long as their membership is active. You can also sell single-site memberships for members who only ever use one location.

Step 1: Let each site accept members from your other sites

  1. Go to Settings, then under Your Club select Club Access.

  2. Under Check-in options, turn on Multi-site access. This lets members from your other locations check in at this site.

Repeat this at each site you want to accept members from other locations.

Step 2: Set up a multi-site membership plan

  1. Go to Settings, then Membership Plans, and open the plan you want to give multi-site access.

  2. Open the Included section, and under Club Access choose Allows group club access from the dropdown. (The other options are No club access and Allows club access for a single site.)

  3. Select Save Changes.

Members on that plan can now enter any of your sites while their membership is active.

Helpful tip: Rather than only selling the ability to use every site, consider offering a cheaper single-site membership for members who will only ever visit one location. Giving members a choice can help you win sales you might otherwise lose.
