Using the multi-site dashboard

What the multi-site dashboard shows head office, how to view a single site's stats, and how to open any site directly.

The multi-site dashboard gives head office a single place to see and manage every site in your group. It brings together key figures from across all your sites, lets you drill into any one site's stats, and lets you open any site directly. This article explains what the dashboard shows and how to use it.

Note: The multi-site dashboard is enabled by ClubRight for group operators and is accessed from a head office account. To have it set up for your group, reply here asking to talk to a member of the Customer Success team.

Your group at a glance

When you open the dashboard, the tiles at the top combine figures from every site in your group, so you can see how the whole business is performing in one view. These include:

  • Trends: new members, net gain, and month-to-date trends across the group.

  • Income: recurring income, takings, and till transactions.

  • Members: total members and active memberships, plus those that are frozen, expiring, expired, overdue, and at risk.

  • Operations: opportunities, spaces, activities, unsold activities, awards, and low stock.

Viewing a single site's stats

Below the group tiles, each site in your group is listed. To see the figures for just one site, select load club stats on that site. A window opens showing that site's own stats, such as its members, amount overdue, overdue count, expired memberships, members at risk, and till transactions.

Opening a single site

To work inside a particular site, select Open Club on that site. This logs you into that site so you can manage it directly. You can return to the dashboard to move between sites whenever you need to.
