If your business runs across more than one location, ClubRight has a set of features to help you manage your sites together and give members a joined-up experience. This article gives you an overview of what is possible across multiple sites and points you to the detailed guides for each part.
What you can do across sites
Let members use more than one site: sell memberships that give entry to a single site, or to all of your sites. See Multi-site access.
Let members book classes at other sites: allow members to book classes and activities at other sites in your group, using a group membership or credits. See Multi-site bookings.
Manage every site from one place: head office can see combined figures across the group, drill into any site's stats, and open any site directly, from the multi-site dashboard. See Using the multi-site dashboard.
Access and bookings are different
It is worth being clear on the difference between the two member-facing features, because they do different things:
Multi-site access lets a member enter more than one site. On its own, it does not let them book classes at another site.
Multi-site bookings lets a member book classes and activities at other sites in your group.
Many groups use both together, so members can both get in and book wherever they want to train.
Note: Multi-site features depend on your setup, and some are enabled by ClubRight for your group. To find out what is available for your business, reply here asking to talk to a member of the Customer Success team.
