To contact ClubRight support, open Milo and click Looking for human support? if your club uses Milo, or click the orange chat button if your club still has it. You can also email help@clubright.co.uk, or call 0203 884 9777 if it is urgent.
Does my club use Milo or the orange chat button?
Look at the bottom right of your screen in ClubRight. If you see the round Milo button, your club uses Milo, and you reach our team from inside Milo. If you see the orange chat button, your club is still on our older Intercom chat. Milo is being switched on club by club, so some clubs still have the orange button.
If you're looking for the old orange button or Clifford and can't find it, your club has moved to Milo. You can't get it back, but you can still speak to a person from inside Milo using the steps below.
If you are new to ClubRight
If you have joined ClubRight recently and have questions about setting up your account, contact your Customer Success Advisor. They know the stage you are at and can make sure your setup goes smoothly. If your club uses Milo
Click the round Milo button at the bottom right of your screen in ClubRight.
Under the message box, click Looking for human support?
In the Talk to ClubRight Support panel, click Start a new conversation, then type your message to our team.
You can also just tell Milo you want to speak to a person, and it will open a support chat for you. Any open conversations with our team are listed under Pick up where you left off in the same panel.
If your club has the orange chat button
Click the orange chat button at the bottom of your screen in ClubRight.
Type your question to start a conversation with our team.
