Your club's revenue — whether you think of it as income, takings, turnover or money in — is in Revenue Summary, inside the Payments area. Use the Last Month quick filter (or any other date range) and Revenue Summary shows your Total Revenue for that period, compared with the period before.
Where to find it
Open the burger menu (top left) and go to Tools > Payments.
In the left sidebar, under Reports, select Revenue Summary.
Pick a date range — Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 30 Days, or a custom range — and the figures update for that period.
What Revenue Summary shows
Total Revenue for the period, compared with the period before.
Till Sales and Recurring Payments — the two figures that make up Total Revenue.
Net Member Gain — this one isn't money: it's how your member count changed over the period (new members minus cancellations).
A Revenue Composition chart showing Recurring vs. Till Sales over the last six months.
A Revenue Breakdown and, if you've set up nominal codes in Settings, a Nominal Codes breakdown.
How this differs from Balance & Activity
Revenue Summary and Balance & Activity answer different questions, so it's easy to mix them up.
Revenue Summary is your total income figure across every payment method, including cash and PDQ taken at the till, for whatever period you choose. It's the number to use when someone asks "how much did we make."
Balance & Activity, under Providers, is a settlement view: what's available to withdraw and what's still processing across your connected payment providers, shown gross, fee and net per transaction. It doesn't include cash or PDQ payments taken at the till, because those aren't run through a payment provider. It's the number to use when someone asks "what's about to land in the bank," not "how much did we earn."
