You'll find your retention and at-risk reports under Contacts > Members. In the left rail, under Retention & Risk, Red Alert shows the members most likely to cancel, Amber Alerts catches earlier, softer warning signs, and Sleeping Members lists paying members who haven't been in for 30 or more days.
⚠️ Note: These reports aren't available on every ClubRight subscription. If you can't see them in your account, click the orange chat button to talk to our Customer Success team.
Getting to the reports
Open Contacts from the left-hand menu.
Select Members.
In the left rail, under Retention & Risk, select Red Alert, Amber Alerts, or Sleeping Members.
What each group means
Red Alert — members showing the strongest signs of leaving, based on the visit threshold your club has set (for example, fewer than 5 visits in the last month).
Amber Alerts — members showing earlier, softer signs of risk than Red Alert, so you can reach out before they become a Red Alert.
Sleeping Members — paying members who haven't been in for 30 or more days by default. It lists their last visit, plan, start date, amount paid to date, and any payments due.
Win-backs — sits alongside these in the same section, for members who've already lapsed, if you want to try to bring them back.
Red Alert and Sleeping Members are both driven by thresholds your club sets yourselves — how many visits, over what period, count as at risk, and how many days without a visit count as inactive. You set these under Settings > Your Club > Club Access; see Spotting members at risk with the Smart Retention Tool for the full walkthrough.
What you can do from the screen
Each report lists the members who match, so you can message them in bulk to check in before they cancel. Use the Plan filter at the top of the screen to narrow any report down to a single membership plan if you only want to act on one group at a time.
