This article explains where to find your chat history with Milo, what happens when a chat ends, where the orange chat button has gone, and where your older support chats from before Milo are.

Your past chats with Milo are under the Past chats button (the clock icon) at the top of the Milo chat window. Opening a past chat shows the whole conversation. Past chats are read-only, so you can't add new messages to them.

A chat ends on its own after about 30 minutes without any messages, and is saved to Past chats. If you ask something new after that, Milo starts a new chat. You can also start a fresh chat at any time with New chat.

If your club uses Milo, the old orange button has moved inside Milo. You can't get it back as a separate chat button, but you can still speak to a person at ClubRight: open Milo and click Looking for human support? under the message box.

Before Milo, support chat ran on Intercom through the orange chat button at the bottom of your screen, where the assistant is called Clifford. If your club still has the orange chat button, nothing has changed for you yet: click it to talk to our team.

You can also just tell Milo you want to speak to a person, and it will open a support chat for you. Any open conversations with our team are listed under Pick up where you left off in the same panel.

Conversations you had through the orange chat button haven't been deleted, but they aren't in Milo's Past chats list. If you need details from one, start a conversation with our team using the steps above and we can look it up for you.
