"No outbound messages on record" means your club hasn't yet delivered any message to this member through ClubRight. That includes emails and texts your team sends and automatic emails, such as welcome emails and booking confirmations. As soon as a message to the member is delivered, the line changes to show when they were last contacted.
Where to find the contact line
Above a member's messages on their profile there is one line about your club's contact with them. To see it:
Open the member's profile from Contacts.
Find the Messaging card. The contact line sits at the top of the card, above the member's most recent messages.
Click the Messaging card to open the member's full message history.
What does each message mean?
Contacted today via Email (or SMS): a message to the member was delivered today.
Last contacted N days ago via Email (or SMS): how many days ago the most recent delivered message went out, and which channel it used.
Recent messages failed to deliver: a recent message to the member failed or was blocked. This is shown instead of the last contacted date. If a message has been delivered to the member since, you'll see when they were last contacted instead.
No outbound messages on record: nothing has been delivered to this member yet.
đĄ Tip: The colour of the line shows how recent the contact was: green within the last 7 days, amber between 8 and 30 days, and red after more than 30 days.
Do system or automatic emails count as outbound messages?
Yes. Automatic emails count as contact in the same way as emails and texts your team sends.
These count towards the last contacted date:
emails and texts your team sends to the member
welcome emails
booking confirmations
waiting list emails
membership emails
These don't count:
messages the member sends to you
messages that failed or were blocked
messages that are still queued or pending
How do I check what a member has been sent?
Open the member's profile from Contacts.
Click the Messaging card.
All shows everything. Use the Emails, SMS and System filters to narrow it down.
â ď¸ Note: Many automatic emails, such as booking confirmations, are listed under System rather than Emails. If you can't find an email under Emails, check System or All.
