How does ClubRight work with Myzone?

The integration between ClubRight and Myzone means that when a member joins via ClubRight, all details on their member profile (Name, address, email, contact numbers, gender, date of birth, height and weight) get pushed into the Myzone App and a bar-code will be generated in the Myzone App that can be used with Access Control if applicable. This means that they don't have to go through the sign up process again separately with Myzone. 

If you have the Myzone integration turned on, the height and weight fields will become part of the online joining fields that the member will have to enter.

So how do you set it up?

First, you'll need to access your Myzone Licence Key. This is supplied by Myzone and should be requested from your contact at Myzone.

Next, you'll need to contact the Help Team by sending a message via the orange button stating that you wish to set up the Myzone integration. You'll then be asked for the Licence Key, so make sure you have this to hand.

The ClubRight Help Team will then set up the integration in the background, so you don't have to lift a finger!

The Myzone logo will appear in the member's profile when they are active and set up with Myzone.

How does it work

When the member joins your club online the key member information is automatically send to the Myzone system which also includes they weight and height, this becomes real time saver as there i snow no need to input the member into Myzone separately.
The member gets their Myzone introduction email and they are good to go.
Height and weight changes also get updates automatically if changed as well even after the member has joined.

Upon joining in ClubRight, Myzone will automatically send a welcome email to the member so that they can learn more about Myzone. If the member decides to purchase a Myzone belt, the Myzone Belt Number can be added into the Members profile when it is sold in the club.
