It wouldn't have been enough for us to just overhaul the back end of our calendar, so the new update means an entirely new interface for your customers, presenting new ways for your clubs to market and sell themselves, unassisted, from your member's area.
Members can now search by type of activity, instructor and location.
When the member clicks Booking Info, they get a more in depth view of the class.
After being setup from the activity page on your ClubRight system, all of your activities will have a further description page available, allowing you to really drive home how each activity will impact your member(s), and why they should buy it.
Finally, we've implemented another new way to drive more revenue in to your business.
Before your member completes their purchase, they can view their basket will be shown other products they might want to buy alongside the booking and credits, which they can collect when attending.
With products setup correctly with good imagery and a descriptive name, you should see sales increase as of the update. As the customer is purchasing their credits anyway, the barrier to further sales is at it's lowest.
