Within this article we are going to show you where to find out which customers have a bolt-on attached to their membership plan, and which bolt-ons they have.
Only "Owner" status staff are able to see this information, therefore if you are setup as a "Staff" user, you will either need to ask an owner to see this information, or ask the owner of the club to upgrade your account.
To see the customers with a bolt-on, go to the reporting tab, and then find the bolt-on report.
Now that you have opened the report you can see what customers have bolt-ons attached to their membership plans.
In the report you can see the customer's names, the membership plan they currently have, the start date of the plan, the bolt-ons that are attached, and when they are next due to pay.
