Once the import has taken place all members profiles will be on the ClubRight system.
They now need to setup an online account which you have two simple options.
Member App:
Step 1:
Bulk email the customers to download the ClubRight app from the Apple app store or the Google play store.
Step 2:
The customers will enter their email address which is linked up to Clubright.
Step 3:
They are now sent through a one-time passcode to the email which is valid for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes they would need to enter in the email again for a new password.
Step 4:
They will enter in the one time passcode.
And it will link up accounts and prompt to setup the password.
Browser Register:
Step 1:
Send your unique login link by going to the settings > club info > apps tab > copy online registration link.
Step 2:
Click the 'already got an account' button.
Step 3:
Now enter in their email address linked up to clubright.
Step 4:
They will then be sent a one time passcode which is valid for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes they would need to enter in the email again for a new password.
Step 5:
They will enter in the one-time passcode.
This will link up accounts and prompt to setup a password.

Hey [FirstName],
We’re moving to ClubRight for online memberships and members bookings. Please follow below to setup the online ClubRight app.
Step 1: Click the link below to download the ClubRight app.
Step 2: Download the app from the app store. Now open the app.
Step 3: Enter in your email address.
You will now be sent a one-time passcode.
Step 4: Enter the one-time passcode to the app.
Step 5: You will now be logged in and asked to setup your password.
