How to set up the ClubRight with Technogym

We are proud to be integrate with the Technogym mywellness platform allowing you to save time and provide a more seamless customer journey in your business, when all connected correctly ready to use.

To make use of the benefits of the ClubRight integration with Technogym you will need to have access to the Technogym services in the first instance.

The Set Up Process

Once you have been set up with Technogym as a customer there will be some key secure access codes provided to ClubRight by Technogym, that will connect them both together
This will be provided by TechnoGym to us as part of the on-boarding process of course and we will notify you when this has been completed for you.

  • ClubRight - The Help Desk Team will be on hand to assist with questions that relate to the integration of our software to Technogym

  • Technogym - The Technogym experts will be able to assist an answer all your questions that are Technogym related.

How does the integration work?


Once you are set up with Technogym and the ClubRight integration is connected these are the benefits you be able to use

  1. New User Creation – new set up of a member sending photo and credentials

  2. Live/Not Live status - based on membership dates being Active/Inactive

  3. Visit Recording attendance pushed to mywellness based on swipe entry

  4. Automatic population of and removal from Groups (Subscription Based)

  5. Automatic Device Assignment

  6. Remove User from mywellness – GDPR requirement

The benefits shown will bring together the customer journey making is simple in your club to both save time, automatically update members and automate administrative tasks

IMPORTANT NOTE
Rarely will there be any issues with the integration service, but if you do see something that is not operating as expected please notify us through the Help Desk so we can establish where the problem is occurring which could be on the TechnoGym side or ClubRight side.
The Help Desk will then provide updates to your query in the normal manner.
