Navigating the Members Grid

How to customise and filter your membership database view

The Members Grid allows you to search your entire membership database in a way that suits you, using a simple pin approach to fix the filters you'd like to see.

The Members Grid also has a fast, smart search facility, making it even easier to find members efficiently.

How do I use the Members Grid?

Step 1 – Go to the Members Grid from the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 2 – Click the Show Quick Filters toggle to reveal the filters you can pin to the top of the page and create your own customised view.

Step 3 – Click the Pin icon on each filter you want to keep visible. Leave unpinned any filters you don't need to see regularly.

Step 4 – Once you've pinned your chosen filters, click the toggle again to close the filter selection. Your pinned filters will remain fixed at the top of the Members Grid.

You can change your view at any time by following these steps again and adjusting which filters are pinned.


Additional filters for Complete customers

If you're on the Complete package, you'll have access to additional filters:

  • Member Tagging – Create custom tags to further filter your member data in the grid

  • Sales Funnel Stages – Filter prospects by their current stage in the Sales Funnel

Theses additional features are available on the Complete package only.
