Connecting your website to ClubRight

Link your ClubRight pages, registration, bookings, enquiries, and shop, from your own website, social media, and email.

Every club on ClubRight gets a set of ready-made, branded web pages: a registration page, a bookings calendar, an online shop, an enquiry form, and more. You do not have to build any of these. You simply share their links from your own website, social media, or emails, and visitors land on a live ClubRight page that always stays up to date.

This article covers how to find those page links and the different ways to share them. If instead you want a piece of ClubRight to appear inside one of your own web pages, see Adding ClubRight widgets to your website.

Two ways to bring ClubRight onto your website

  • Link to a hosted page. Share a ClubRight URL behind a button, link, or QR code. The visitor opens a branded ClubRight page. This is the quickest option and is covered in this article.

  • Embed a widget. Paste a small code snippet into your own page so a ClubRight feature appears inside it. See Adding ClubRight widgets to your website.

Your standard page links

Every club has a set of built-in pages that are always available. To find them, open your Settings, go to Members Area, then Member Area Pages. The Standard Pages list shows each page with its URL and a copy icon.

The pages available are:

  • About Us: app.clubright.co.uk/memberarea/clubinfo

  • Bookings calendar: app.clubright.co.uk/memberarea/bookings

  • Club homepage: app.clubright.co.uk/home

  • Login: app.clubright.co.uk/account/login

  • Member area homepage: app.clubright.co.uk/memberarea

  • Membership Plans: app.clubright.co.uk/memberarea/selectmembership

  • Online Shop: app.clubright.co.uk/memberarea/products?view=all

  • Privacy Policy: app.clubright.co.uk/privacy

  • Register: app.clubright.co.uk/register

  • Terms & Conditions: app.clubright.co.uk/terms

To use one, click the copy icon next to its URL, then add the link wherever you want it on your website or elsewhere.

Can I send customers a link to buy credits or a product?

Yes. You can send a link that adds one product, such as a credit pack, straight to the customer's basket. The link looks like this:

https://[your club's own web address]/MemberArea/Products?productId=[product id]

  • [your club's own web address] is your club's own address, for example yourclub.clubright.co.uk. Don't use app.clubright.co.uk for this link.

  • [product id] is the last part of the address bar when you open the product to edit it (.../Product/Edit/[product id]).

There isn't a copy link button for a single product, so you put the link together yourself.

⚠️ Note: Customers need to be logged in before they open the link. If they open it while logged out, the product still goes into their basket, but Continue to Payment asks them to log in or create an account, and the basket isn't carried over. Ask customers to log in (or create an account) first, then open the link. Members who are already logged in on that device can use it straight away.

If you have Require login to access member area turned on, logged-out visitors are sent to log in first anyway.

💡 Tip: For new customers who don't have an account yet, your whole-shop link is the simplest option. Copy it from the Online Shop row in Member Area Pages (see above). The Online Shop is where people buy credit packs and products.

Sign-up, login, and enquiry links

A few of the most useful pages also appear under Settings, then Your Club, then Apps & Widgets, in the section headed Where can members sign up and log in?. Each one has an Open button to preview the live page and a copy icon for the link:

  • Online Login & Registration: your branded page where prospects can sign up and existing members can log in to manage their account and make bookings. The link is app.clubright.co.uk/register.

  • On-demand Content: lets members reach your on-demand video library from your website, useful for at-home workouts. The link is app.clubright.co.uk/ondemand.

  • Enquire Page: captures enquiries from website visitors. Submissions appear as tasks on your dashboard so no lead gets missed. The link is app.clubright.co.uk/enquire. Click Edit heading to change the wording shown at the top of the page.

For more on how enquiries flow into your Sales Funnel and dashboard, see Enquiry page on your website.

Ways to share your links

Once you have copied a link, you can use it almost anywhere:

  • On your website. Put the link behind a call-to-action button such as "Join Now", "Book a Class", or "Enquire", or add it to your navigation menu.

  • On social media. Share it in your Instagram and Facebook bios, posts, stories, or paid ads so people can act straight from their favourite platform.

  • In emails. Add the link to newsletters and campaigns to drive sign-ups and bookings.

  • On a tablet in your club. Open the registration or enquiry link on a tablet at reception so prospects can join or enquire on the spot, without needing a staff member.

💡 Tip: because these pages are hosted by ClubRight, the content stays up to date on its own. When you change a membership plan, class, or product in ClubRight, the linked page updates automatically, with no website edits needed.
