Managing Your SMS Subscription in ClubRight

ClubRight offers a flexible solution for managing SMS communication through monthly subscription bundles. Choose the best bundle for your business needs, and your SMS credit balance will automatically reset at the start of every billing cycle. All subscriptions will auto renew each month until you decide to unsubscribe.

Available SMS Bundles

The following bundles are available on a monthly subscription for outbound messages:

  • £12.00 (inc VAT): 200 outbound messages per month

  • £24.00 (inc VAT): 500 outbound messages per month

  • £60.00 (inc VAT): 1,250 outbound messages per month

  • £120.00 (inc VAT): 2,500 outbound messages per month

  • £240.00 (inc VAT): 5,000 outbound messages per month

If you would also like to receive inbound messages you can subscribe to our inbound SMS package too in addition (please note you must also subscribe to an outbound SMS bundle):

  • £6.00 (inc VAT) per month - Inbound SMS (includes unlimited inbound messages)

    Please note you will not receive inbound messages without the inbound subscription enabled. When you enable Inbound SMS, your Sender ID will be replaced with a dedicated mobile number.

How to Set Up Your SMS Bundles

  1. Access the ‘Subscription’ Page:
    Navigate to the ‘Subscription’ option from the 'Settings' menu in the top right of your admin dashboard.

  2. Choose a Subscription Option:
    Select ‘Sign up now’ or alternatively ‘Upgrade’, or ‘Downgrade’ to adjust your bundle. If upgrading mid-cycle, your payment and SMS limit will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.

  3. Submit your details:

    Fill in your details.

  4. Submit your payment information:

    Enter the payment information you'd like to use to set up the subscription and click the 'Subscribe now' button.

  5. What Happens if I want to upgrade/downgrade my package mid-way through my subscription period?

Your billing period always alligns with your first SMS purchase, for example, if you first purchased an SMS package on the 10th of the month, your billing period runs from the 10th to the 9th of the following month, being re-billed again on the 10th.

If you wish to change your package during a current billing period, you will be issued a credit for the unused period of your current package, and your new package will be billed on a pro-rata period basis to take you up to your regular billing period day. SMS credits on your new purchase will be pro-rata'd too!

For example:

You intitially opted for and purchased the SMS package on the 1st of a month.

  • Your billing period (renewal date) is the 1st of each month

  • You wish to change your subscription on the 15th (upgrade or downgrade)

  • On the 15th when you purchase your new package a credit will be applied for the period 15th-31st on your outgoing subscription (remaining period).

  • Your new subscription will be billed on the 15th as you purchase, on a pro-rata basis, from the 15th to the 31st of that month, and you will receive SMS credits on the pro-rata basis too (in this case if you are opting for the 200 SMS package, you'd be billed at half-value and recieve half the SMS credits)

  • Your next billing on the 1st of the next month will be for the full subscription and SMS credit value, and run until the following month on the 31st.
