When you activate ClubRight Pay Card, this will become your default payment method for card transactions.
However, if you are already processing recurring card transactions against stored Stripe cards, these will continue to be processed via Stripe until either the member manually updates their card details or you request us to migrate your existing stored card data across from Stripe to ClubRight Pay.
If you would like to initiate the bulk migration of stored card data from Stripe to ClubRight Pay, please follow the steps below.
Activate ClubRight Pay and complete verification.
Login to your Stripe dashboard and submit a request to Stripe by clicking this link. After clicking the link, you will be presented with a short online form. These are the answers to their questions:

Click Send email
After approx 24 hours, you will receive an email from Stripe asking for you to re-confirm your decision to migrate. Please reply 'Confirm' to that email. If you have not received an email, it's worth checking your Junk Folder just in case.
Once confirmed, Stripe will send you another email requesting the security credentials details below. Please reply to their email and share the following information:
Stripe will then process the migration, which can take up to 10 working days.
When the migration is ready, Stripe will send you an email providing you with confirmation that the export is ready for processing. Please send this email to help@clubright.co.uk.
We will then pass this data to UNIPaaS, who will complete the migration within 3 working days. Your records will be automatically updated so that all future payments are now processed via ClubRight Pay instead of Stripe.
