Your Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other standard pages live in your member area and are presented to members when they sign up, log in, or browse for information. This article shows you how to edit any of them.
What are standard pages?
Standard pages are the built-in pages that always appear in your member area. They include:
About Us, your club information page
Terms and Conditions, presented to members at sign-up
Privacy Policy, presented to members at sign-up
Other built-in pages such as your bookings calendar, membership plans, and online shop
Set your Terms and Privacy Policy up early so that members signing up have something to read and accept.
How to edit a standard page
The process is the same for every standard page, whether you are editing your Terms, your Privacy Policy, your About Us page, or any other:
Go to Settings → Member Area → Member Area Pages
Scroll down to the Standard Pages section
Find the page you want to edit, for example Terms or Privacy Policy
Click the copy icon next to the page URL to copy it to your clipboard
Open a new browser tab and paste the URL
Edit the page content directly on the page that opens, then save
Your changes go live in your member area immediately.
Where members see these pages
In the member area, your Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy appear under the More Information section, where members can read them at any time. They are also presented at sign-up: a new member must accept your Terms and Privacy Policy before completing registration.
Adding your own custom pages
📦 Package: Custom pages are available on the Complete package and above. Find out more about ClubRight packages.
As well as the standard pages, you can create your own custom pages for content unique to your club, such as class timetables, frequently asked questions, or club rules. On the same Member Area Pages screen, click Create Your First Page under Custom Pages to start a new one.
Helpful tip
If you are still drafting your Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, consider working with a legal advisor to ensure they cover your obligations under UK GDPR and consumer protection law. ClubRight provides the page to host them, the content itself is yours.
