New to ClubRight
If you are new to ClubRight and have any questions regarding the setup of your new account within the first 4 weeks, contact your Customer Success Advisor or Sales Advisor as they will be very familiar with the stages you are at during the set up of ClubRight software.
This also ensures the setting up process goes smoothly.
If you have any questions or queries.
Click on the Knowledge Base page in ClubRight, you will be taken to our knowledge base where you may be able to answer your question or by watching a relevant video.
If your query is not covered in the Knowledge Base, at the top of the page there is an option to report a problem or ask a question.
This is the best way to communicate with our support team because the whole support team will receive it, not just one team member. The ClubRight team will get back to you within one working day of you making your request.
