Club Settings Overview
Configure your club's member area, and registration options
Members Area Tab
The Members Area tab controls how your member-facing app looks and functions. See -
for the full guide on using the Homepage Builder.
From this tab you can access:
Homepage Builder – Customise branding, welcome message, and custom tiles (Complete package)
Club Info – Manage custom pages for your member area
Settings – Configure access and registration options
Click Edit next to Settings to open the Member Area Settings.
Members Area - Settings
Access & Privacy
Members Area is private (members only) – When enabled, only logged-in members can view the member area
Disable online registration – Turn off the ability for new users to register online
Only show membership plans during sign-up – Takes new registrants straight to membership selection
Notifications
'New prospect' email notification – Owner admins receive an email when a new prospect signs up or drops off before completing a purchase
'New membership' email notification – Owner admins receive an email when a new membership is purchased online
Member Settings
Profile image changes per month – Limit how often members can change their profile photo
Marketing source mandatory – Require members to specify how they heard about you
Enable cancellation/freeze requests – Allow members to request cancellations or freezes through the member app (Complete package)
Credits only purchasable with bookings – Members can only buy credits when making a booking, not separately
Advanced
Checkout Redirect URL – Redirect members to a specific URL after purchase/booking (leave blank for default behaviour)
Registration Fields
Configure which fields are required during member registration. Tick the Mandatory checkbox next to any field to make it required.
Standard fields include:
Title
First Name
Last Name
Gender
Date of Birth
Address 1 & 2
Town
County
Postcode
Home Tel Number
Mobile Number
Emergency Contact Name
Emergency Contact Phone
Profile Photo
Custom Fields
Below the standard fields, you can add custom fields to collect additional information. Click Add new field and configure:
Field name
Field type (Text, dropdown, etc.)
Who it applies to (Member, Staff Only)
Click the bin icon to remove a custom field.
