ClubRight Member App

A quick guide to show you how to use the ClubRight Member App 😊

Updated this week

The ClubRight Member App is available now for your members to download! It will enable them to make purchases, book classes and keep up to date with the latest news in your club.

Firstly, head over to the App Store or Google Play Store and search ClubRight.

Hit download, and wait for the app to appear on your home screen. Then simply log in and you're good to go!

IMPORTANT

Phone Compatibility

It should be noted that phone compatibility is constantly changing as Apple and Google Play change/upgrade their software environments as part of the continued evolution of mobile Apps.

This will mean that older devices might not work due to compatibility as it is no longer supported by Apple/Google for the latest App development needed.

If you have a customer that is having issues we would also recommend that some customers may delete the App and start again to gain access assuming their phone is compatible and not an older version that is no longer being supported.

Please Note:

As with most apps, please make sure you have an internet connection (WiFi, 4G etc.) when using your app to ensure ease of use πŸ‘

Please also remember that you will need an up-to-date 2D RFID bar code scanner, (which can be purchased from us) to read the bar code on the screen of the device. Just message us to place your order or browse our hardware catalogue on the button below

Your member must register online in the usual way before downloading the App 😊

Remember, the App is for Member use only, and not for admin use of the ClubRight software.

Top Tip πŸ’‘

Your members cannot gain access to the Members App unless they have registered in the ClubRight software in your club as this means that their email will be recognised when the customer logs into the App Store.
