Branded App - Set Up

The Branded App (Which is part of the "Combine" solution only), helps to make your club stand out on the App stores, meaning it is even easier for your customers to find you.

In order to get your Branded App set up, there are some important items of content that we will need, so that we can then comply with the requirements of both App stores.

The ClubRight Branded App is available on Application ONLY and does not form part of current solutions offered
Our Team will take you though the additional costs and set up required.

What is required?

Your logo should be provided to us in the correct size which is 1024x1024 pixels. The file must also be provided in a .png format.

The example below shows how the ClubRight logo looks, to give you an idea of what needs to be supplied to us.

App Name

This is the unique name you wish to give your business on the App stores, which we advise to not make lengthy, or difficult to search for, for your customers.

This unique name will need to be available on both stores, so it is a good idea to search for these yourself first.

The unique name has a maximum limit of 30 characters.
For example: "ClubRight Fitness" is 17 characters long

App Description

Your App description should give your customers a short write up of your business. Try to avoid being too wordy and also too salesy, as it will look dated very quickly.
There is not a maximum number of words in this area, but less is more as they say.

This helps your customers to log in easily when using your Branded App, as they MUST either be registered first with the club, or have joined first via your Branded App. If not, their email will not be recognised when they try to log in. If you do not know your unique registration / sign up page (For online browser use), please ask one of the team. A great new feature, which is part of your Branded App, is that your customers can now Join using your App too.

Model User Account (An example Members Account view)

Within the images that we create for your Branded App's page, there are screenshots of the live version of your app as shown below. Please provide us with the user account that you would like to use for this modelling. Please ensure that the account chosen has a profile picture that you would be happy with being shown on the App Stores, as well as any membership plans you might wish to display. Please note: This cannot keep being changed.

Brand Details

As part of what we prepare for you, we will create images that match the brand of your Club. For best results, please provide us with the hexcodes of all the primary colours your brand uses. In our opinion 2 different colours look best, but we can also create images with a single main colour too.

If you do not have a specific hexcode(s), you can also just tell us the name of the colour that you want, such as "Orange and Grey" and we will try to find a best fit, but as above, a hexcode for your exact colour choices always works best!

Process for set up

To ensure that we get all the elements needed to set up your Branded App, please send the below to us via the Orange button/circle, all together in one message - or as an email to allowing us to start the set up process for you.

Note: If we get the following 5x Elements needed in separate messages, it could delay the deployment of your Branded App.

  1. a 1024x1024 Logo in a .PNG format

  2. Your App Name (This must be unique on both App stores)

  3. Your App Description

  4. Account to model with

  5. Brand Details (Hexcode colours)

Timeline for set up

Both app stores can vary, with the Google set up often being faster than the Apple store. This is why we need to allow for up to 60 days before a new Branded App can be deployed for your business.

IMPORTANT Please note that this time (up to 60 days) only starts to tick when we have all 5x Elements in place, which is key, otherwise the App cannot be set up for you.

NB: We will not increase your Monthly Fee until after your Branded App is LIVE
