We've recently made some updates to ClubRight, open this message up for a tidy summary!
As an online service, it is essential that ClubRight keeps evolving and adapting, bringing you new features and updates.
This month our team have been hard at work bringing you the following new features to ClubRight:
New Membership Plan Summary info
Our new summary provides with real time feedback, so you can always be sure of exactly how your new membership plan works!
Membership Plan Reporting Exclusion
You can now decide which membership plans are counted in reports, meaning you can remove Day Passes from your main membership count, or other short-term plans giving you a better view of your primary membership count.
Unique Membership URL's
These unique URL's makes it easy to setup direct purchase links on your website, allowing your customer to go directly to that membership plan and sign up.
Member Profile Picture Changes
This feature allows members to change their photo on their App, and you can choose how many times they can do it, a 0 setting means they can only change their photo in club, which is the old behaviour.
Booking/Activity Start Time Customisation
You will now be able to determine when customers can book classes from. If not set all classes are bookable from midnight.
Unique Landing Pages
Edit your own unique landing pages to then be shared digitally via the Members App and also the URL can be shared as well.
Custom Member App Tiles
Add extra tiles to your Members App like Club News. Meet out PT’s or Member of the Month you can be as creative as you want.
12.5% Tax Level
New 12.5% VAT level added for food sales when setting up a product, allowing you to choose the correct tax level.
Other Notable Changes:
Resolved an issue where a member’s photo would rotate sideways.
The club icon and app icon now automatically match up, saving you from having to manually update it.
Copied products no longer take the photo from the original.
When adding a note to a customer, the "Send" button has been reworded to "Add" to provide further clarity.
A password reset button has been added to the Member's App.
