Every publicly bookable membership plan in ClubRight has its own QR code that links straight to that plan's signup page. You can download these QR codes for posters, leaflets, shop displays, or anywhere else a prospect might scan, and optionally embed your club logo into the centre so they look like part of your brand. This article walks through how to find each plan's QR code, why one might not appear, how to switch on the logo embed, and how ClubRight handles different logo formats.
Finding a plan's QR code
Each plan's QR code lives on its plan editor page, on the Details tab.
Go to Settings > What You Offer > Membership Plans
Open the plan you want a QR code for
On the Details tab, scroll down to the QR code (just below the direct link to the plan)
Click Download QR to save the image, ready for print or screen
When scanned, the QR code takes the prospect directly to the signup page for that specific plan, rather than your full plan list. This makes it ideal for promoting a single plan on a targeted poster or flyer.
Why a plan's QR code might not appear
QR codes only appear for plans that are publicly bookable. If you open a plan and see the message "Make this plan publicly bookable to generate a QR code", the plan is currently set to In-Club Only.
To make a plan publicly bookable, go to the Availability tab on the plan editor and change Plan Availability from In-Club Only to In-Club + Online. Once saved, the QR code appears on the Details tab.
This is a deliberate guard: it prevents posters going to print with QR codes pointing to a plan that prospects cannot actually sign up to online.
Embedding your club logo
By default, your QR codes are plain black-and-white. To embed your club logo into the centre of every system-generated QR code:
Go to Settings > How Your Club Runs > Apps & Widgets
Find the Embed your club logo in QR codes toggle
Turn it on
The toggle applies to every QR code generated by ClubRight, including per-plan QR codes and the venue-wide Membership Selection QR. Turn it off at any time to revert to plain QR codes.
How ClubRight handles your logo
QR codes use a circular crop in the centre, so ClubRight picks the best version of your logo automatically:
Square logo set: the square logo is used, which crops cleanly to the circular space
Only a regular logo set: the regular logo is used as a fallback
No logo set: the QR code displays without a logo, just the plain QR pattern
For best results, set a square version of your logo. You can manage your logos in Settings > How Your Club Runs > Club Info.
