Bulk Payment Actions lets you extend the contract end date of multiple memberships in one go. This is useful when you need to add time to a group of fixed-term plans — for example, extending plans to account for a gym closure.
⚠️ Important: Changes made through Bulk Payment Actions are irreversible. Read this article in full before proceeding.
How to bulk extend membership plans
Click the burger menu in the top left-hand corner and click Settings.
Under Tools in the left-hand menu, click Bulk Payment Actions.
Click + Create new action.
Select the membership plan you want to extend.
Enter the date you would like to change from. Only members who joined after this date will be affected. For example, selecting 1 January 2024 means only members who joined after that date will have their plan extended.
Under the changes section, select Add days to contract end date and enter the number of days you want to add.
Click Check & Schedule in the top right.
Review the list of members who will be affected carefully. If the list is correct, click Check & Schedule to confirm. If the list is not correct, click Cancel and review your settings before trying again.
📋 Note: This feature only applies to membership plans with a set contract end date. Rolling memberships without a fixed end date are not affected.
💡 Helpful tip: Before running a bulk extension, export a list of the affected members so you have a record of who was included. If anything looks wrong after the change has been applied, contact ClubRight support.
