Blocking a user stops a person from accessing your club's services entirely. A blocked person cannot create a profile, buy a membership, or make a booking. You block someone by their email address, which is useful when you need to prevent a specific individual from signing up or booking.
⚠️ Note: Blocking is club-wide and stops all access. To stop a member booking specific classes only, use a booking ban instead, covered in the linked article below. If you are blocking an existing member, remember to also cancel their membership.
How to block a user
Go to Settings > Your Club > Club Access.
Find the Need to block someone? section.
Enter the email address you want to block.
Click the red Block button to confirm.
That email address is now blocked from creating or accessing a profile at your club. Blocked users are listed in the same section.
How to unblock a user
To reverse a block, return to Settings > Your Club > Club Access, find the blocked email address in the Need to block someone? list, and remove it. The person can then create a profile and book again.
