ClubRight puts reports where you are most likely to need them, rather than in one single place. Attendance sits in the diary, member analytics sit in the Members dashboard, revenue sits in Payments, and accounting and list-based reports sit in the Reporting section. This article maps what lives where, so you can go straight to the report you need.
Attendance and bookings: in the Diary
To see class attendance, who attended, and who missed a booking, open the diary from the calendar icon in the left menu and look under Insights in the left rail.
Activity Attendance shows a booked versus attended breakdown by class, with your overall show-up rate.
Missed Sessions shows members who booked but did not attend.

Member analytics: in the Members dashboard
To see member analytics such as visits, plan breakdowns, new members, and members at risk of leaving, open Contacts > Members. The left rail holds these grouped into two areas.
Activity & Growth covers how your membership base is changing:
Summary for an overview of member activity.
Plan Breakdown for how members split across your plans.
Visits for how often members are coming in.
New Members, Renewed, and Referrals for growth.
Length of Stay for how long members stay with you.
Retention & Risk covers members who may be slipping away:
Red Alert and Amber Alerts for members flagged as at risk.
Sleeping Members for those who have not visited recently.
Win-backs for lapsed members to re-engage.
Retention Trends for the pattern over time.
To find members by status, you can also filter the member list itself by Active, Unpaid, Frozen, Expired, or Cancelled. For the full detail, see Member reports and analytics in the Members dashboard. To track leads and prospects, see Prospect and lead reports in the Prospects dashboard.
Revenue and financial reports: in Payments
To see revenue, forecasts, and what your members are worth, open the Payments section from the card icon in the left menu. Alongside the overview of collected revenue, failed payments, and outstanding debt, the Reports area in the left rail covers the money side:
Revenue Summary for income over a period.
Revenue Forecast for projected income.
Product Revenue for income from product sales.
Member Value for what members are worth over time.
Payments also holds Transactions, Debtors, a Collections Calendar, and provider activity for your card and Direct Debit providers. For the full detail, see Working with the Payments area in ClubRight.
Accounting and list reports: in the Reporting section
To find accounting reports, till and payroll figures, product and stock reports, and communication lists, open the Reporting section from the bar chart icon in the left menu. It holds the reports that are not built into another area, and opens on Business Health & Reporting, which tracks memberships, revenue, retention, and operational metrics. You can export any report to CSV or print it.
Operational reports include:
Operating & Performance Report for till totals, membership payments, product sales, sign-ups, and cancellations over a period, compared against the previous period.
Tasks and Membership Cap Status.
Accounting reports include:
Card Payment Portal, Card Balance, and Till History.
Membership Collections and Active member payment methods.
Membership forecasts, Approaching Age Limit, and Member value report.
Product sales report, Product purchase detail, and Stock Levels.
Payroll by attendance or by activity.
SMS report, Epoints Report, and Sales Report.

⚠️ Note: If you are looking for attendance or member analytics in the Reporting section and cannot find them, that is expected. Attendance lives in the Diary, and member analytics live in the Members dashboard, as above.
Reports in your dashboards
Many of these figures also surface on your dashboards, so you can see key numbers at a glance without opening each report. Use the dashboards for a quick read, and the areas above when you need the full report or want to export it.
