The Technogym integration

How the ClubRight and Technogym integration works, what it automates, and how it is set up for your club.

ClubRight integrates with Technogym, bringing your member data and your Technogym equipment together so the member journey is seamless and a lot of the admin happens automatically. The integration works through Technogym's MyWellness platform: once connected, new members, their status, and their visits flow between ClubRight and MyWellness without manual work.

⚠️ Note: to use this integration you need to be a Technogym customer with access to their services. If you are not yet set up with Technogym, contact Technogym to discuss it first.

What the integration does

Once you are set up with Technogym and the ClubRight integration is connected, you can make use of:

  • New user creation: a new member is set up automatically in MyWellness, including their photo and credentials.

  • Live or not-live status: kept in step with whether a membership is active or inactive.

  • Visit recording: attendance is pushed to MyWellness based on the member's swipe entry.

  • Automatic group population: members are added to and removed from groups automatically (subscription based).

  • Automatic device assignment.

  • Member removal: a member is removed from MyWellness when required, supporting your GDPR obligations.

Together these bring the member journey into one connected experience, saving time and automating routine admin in your club.

How setup works

The Technogym integration is connected for you as part of an onboarding process, rather than something you switch on yourself. Once you are set up as a Technogym customer, Technogym provides ClubRight with the secure access codes that link the two systems together. We complete the connection and let you know once it is done.
