Your Club Info page holds your club's core details: its name and contact information, your branding, your policies, and a few display settings. Much of this is what members see when they join or check in, so it is worth keeping accurate. This article explains what is on the page and how to update it.
To get there, go to Settings, then Your Club, then Club Info.
✅ Changes save as you go. The Club Info page saves automatically, so there is no separate save button. You will see a confirmation once your changes are stored.
Your club's basic details
Under What's your club called?, fill in:
Club Name: the name members see.
Company Name: your registered business name, if different.
Manager Name: the main contact for the club.
Address: start typing to search for it, or click Manual to enter it by hand.
Telephone: choose the country code and enter your number.
Email and Website: your club's contact email and website address.
Your branding
Your branding carries through to your member area, public pages, and emails, so it is worth setting up properly.
Logos: under What does your club look like?, upload your Main Logo (recommended minimum 400px wide, PNG or JPG) and your App Logo (square, minimum 512 x 512px, PNG or JPG).
Brand colours: under What are your brand colours?, set your Text colour, Backgrounds, and Buttons. A live preview shows how they will look, and ClubRight warns you if your chosen colours have low contrast and may be hard to read.
Your policies
Under Where are your policies?, add the policies members agree to when they join:
Terms & Conditions Link and Privacy Policy Link: the web addresses of your published terms and privacy policy.
Privacy Statement: a short statement shown to members when they sign up or update their details.
Spam Protection: a Google reCAPTCHA site key that protects your sign-up forms from bots. You can get a free key from Google reCAPTCHA.
Dates and currency
Under How do you display dates and currency?, set your Currency, Date Format, Time zone, and the Start Date used for reporting. UK clubs will usually find these set correctly by default.
Your check-in welcome message
Under What do members see when they check in?, set a Motivational message. This appears on the welcome screen a member sees when they check in through access control, for example "Enjoy your workout!". From here you can also reach your member check-in settings to change the check-in method or block someone.
