Turn on Email me when a new membership is created in your Member Area settings, under Settings > Members Area > Access & Registration. ClubRight then emails you whenever a new membership is set up, so you hear about new joiners without checking the system.
How to turn on the new joiner email
Go to Settings > Members Area > Access & Registration. The page is headed Member Area Settings.
Find the Notifications card.
Turn on Email me when a new membership is created.
The switch saves as soon as you change it.
Can I get an email for new prospects too?
Yes. On the same Notifications card, turn on Email me when a new prospect signs up. You'll be emailed when someone enquires or signs up as a prospect, before they buy a membership.
đĄ Tip: These alerts live in Access & Registration, not in your Messaging settings. The Turn off automatic messages setting in Settings > Messaging points you here too: "New member alerts to owners are set in Access & Registration."
