For Online Sales - When a member first signs up for access to the member portal they will receive an automated welcome email requesting them to complete the account verification process.
Additionally, when a member signs up for a membership plan, they will receive an email confirming the plan they have chosen, the terms of the membership, payment schedule and membership details.
The emails are all personalised with your club, membership and product details and will look like they've come straight from your club.
For on-site sales (added by a staff member) - the emails will be sent automatically too, the same as for online sales.
