Adding a member to a booking

Step 1:

Select Diary from the menu on the left of the screen.

Step 2:

Within the diary, locate the booking event you'd like to add the member to.

Step 3:

Click the booking tab

Step 4:

Add the customer

Once you've located the desired member, click on their name and they will be booked in. 

As soon as they've been added, the member will now receive an email confirming their booking.

Taking payment for a booking

If the activity is chargeable or not included in the members current plan, an orange 'Not Paid' box will appear against their name. 

To take payment, click on the 'Not Paid' button.

You will now be presented with a list of all the products associated to the activity.

Select the relevant product from the list and you can take payment by cash, card or cheque via the Till.


Removing a member from a booking

Step 1:

Locate the booking in the clubs diary by going to the diary icon on the left, then click on the booking the customer is in.

Step 2:

Now press the bin icon next to the customers name.

They will receive a booking cancellation email.

If the customer is using credits then it will give this credit back
