If a member was referred to your club by someone else, you can record who referred them on their profile. This keeps a record of where members came from and supports your referral tracking.
How to add a referrer to a member
Open the member's full profile.
Click Referrals in the stats at the top of the profile, between Activities and ParQ, to open the Referrals panel.
Start typing the name of the person who referred them. Check the membership number shown against each result, and the date of birth where one is recorded, then click the right member.
The referrer is now recorded against the member's profile.
Because the referral is saved against that member's record, not just their name, it doesn't matter if several members share the same name.
