How a member resets a forgotten password from your club's login page, step by step.

If a member has forgotten their password, they can reset it from your club's login page in a few quick steps. It works the same way whether they sign in through a web browser or the ClubRight Member App.


How to reset a forgotten password

  1. Open your club's login page in a web browser, or open the ClubRight Member App.

  2. Click Forgot password on the login screen.

  3. Enter the email address associated with the account and submit the form. A password reset email will be sent to that address within a few minutes.

  4. Open the password reset email and click the link inside. This opens a page where a new password can be set.

  5. Enter the email address again, choose a new password, and confirm it. The new password takes effect straight away and can be used to log in.

⚠️ Note: The email address entered must match the one on the member's profile in ClubRight. If the reset email does not arrive after a couple of minutes, check the spam or junk folder, and confirm the email address was entered correctly.

💡 Helpful tip: If the member was added to ClubRight by staff rather than joining online, they may never have set a password. The Forgot password flow is also how they set their password for the first time — they just need to use the email address on their profile.
