Step 1:

Firstly, you are going to need to find the activity that you want to change.

To find this area, you will need to go to the Settings Menu in the top right corner of your screen. Next, select Activities from the drop-down. 

Step 2:

Then, click on the Activity that you would like to edit.

Here you will find information on the activity, such as the Name, Duration, Default Resource etc. 

Step 3:

In this top section, you will see a field that allows you to select the Colour that you want to assign to the activity. You can even select the colour to match the exact Colour Codes (Hex Codes) of your logo to help stay on brand 😎

You must assign your activity a colour other than white. If you assign it to be white, or do not select a colour, it will not appear clearly on your Diary.

Step 4:

Click Save Changes. Your activity has now been assigned a colour! 🎉

Colour code your activity schedule to make it easier for your team to navigate! For example, all Zumba Classes are Orange, all PT sessions are black, and so on 😊
