The ClubRight Member App is where your members interact with your club online: booking classes, managing their membership, paying invoices, and staying up to date with club news. This article explains how members download and sign in to the app, what they can do once they are in, and how you can encourage members to download it.
How members download the app
The ClubRight Member App is available on both iOS and Android. Members can install it in two ways:
App Store (iPhone, iPad): search "ClubRight" in the App Store and tap Get to install.
Google Play (Android): search "ClubRight" in the Google Play Store and tap Install.
Once installed, members open the app and sign in with the email address and password they registered with at your club.
⚠️ Important: Members must be registered with your club before they can sign in to the app. New members register through your member area when they join online, or are added by your team in ClubRight.
What members can do in the app
Book and cancel classes from your schedule.
Manage their membership, including viewing payments and updating their details.
Access their digital membership card for check-in.
Buy products, credits, and add-ons from your online shop.
Stay informed through your branded homepage, notifications, and club info pages.
Promoting the app to your members
App downloads tend to lift sharply when you actively promote the app rather than waiting for members to find it themselves. Here are some ways to drive adoption:
Add an app download link to your transactional emails. Include the link in your membership confirmation email so new members install the app as part of their joining flow, and in your booking confirmation email so existing members are reminded each time they book.
Mention the app in your welcome series. If you use Smart Workflows, add an email in your new-member sequence that explains what members can do in the app and links to the download.
Display a QR code in-club. A QR code linking to the app store on the reception desk, in changing rooms, or by the gym floor makes downloading effortless for members who are already on-site.
Train your team to mention it. A short prompt at sign-up ("download our app to book classes and manage your membership") sets the expectation early.
Link to it from your website and social media. Make it easy for members and prospects to find the app from anywhere they encounter your club online.
What members need to use the app
An internet connection: the app needs Wi-Fi or mobile data to load content and sync with ClubRight.
A compatible device: older phones may not be supported as Apple and Google update their operating systems. If a member runs into issues, the first step is usually to delete and reinstall the app.
Helpful tip
💡 Personalise the app before you promote it. Members are far more likely to download and stick with an app that looks like an extension of your club. Set up your branding, custom tiles, and welcome message first, so the first impression is a strong one.
