Parent and guardian accounts let a parent or guardian manage their children's ClubRight accounts directly from the Member App. This is ideal for clubs like dance schools or martial arts clubs, where a parent or guardian needs to oversee memberships and bookings on a child's behalf.
Parents and guardians can create and manage child accounts from their own Member App.
They can purchase memberships and book activities for their children.
All child accounts are accessible from the parent's profile, with no limit on how many child accounts can be linked.
Step 1: Set up the parent or guardian account
Add the parent or guardian as a member in the usual way.
Once their profile is set up, they are ready to add child accounts.
Step 2: Add a child account
In the Member App, the parent opens the Profile tab.
They tap Add Another Member/Child.
They then follow the same steps as adding a new member. A separate email address is not required for the child.
The child's account is now linked to the parent's app profile.
Step 3: Manage child accounts
Parents can purchase memberships and book activities for each child.
Payment details can either match the parent's account or be set separately for the child.
Viewing linked accounts in club
In your admin dashboard, child accounts appear linked to the parent or guardian's profile. Use the View option to open an individual child's account. This gives you a clear, organised view of each family's linked accounts.
