Promo Codes in the Complete package allow you to create special membership offers that are only visible when a valid code is entered. This is a great way to run time-limited promotions, offer discounts, or provide hidden plans without needing to manually assign them to members.
When a member enters a valid Promo Code in their Members Area, the associated promotional membership plan is unlocked and available for them to purchase.

Setting Up a Promo Membership Plan
You'll set up your promotional membership plan just like any other membership plan — but with the promotional offer included (for example, discounted pricing or added access).
You can also attach a Bolt-on to your promotional membership if needed — learn more about Bolt-ons here.
Step 1
Go to the Settings menu, then click on Membership Plans.
Either create a new plan, or edit an existing one.
Next, go to the Details tab.
Step 2
Click on Add Promo Code.
Enter a name for your Promo Code (for example: SUMMER2019).
Here's an Example!
In this example, we’ve created a Promo Membership with these benefits:
No joining fee
No contract
One personal training session per month (added as a Bolt-on)
The Promo Code we’ve used for this membership is SUMMER2019.
You can share this code alongside your unique registration link to help promote the offer and drive sales.
Member Joining Online
When a member clicks on your club’s registration link to join online, they’ll follow the normal joining process.
They’ll see a box where they can enter a Promo Code (in this example: SUMMER2019).
After entering the Promo Code and clicking Submit, the promotional membership plan will become visible and available to purchase.
The member can then continue with their purchase as normal.
The membership plan is now available to purchase.
The member would then continue with their purchase as normal.
